The Abalone Man is a family run West Australian seafood wholesale company, specializing in the distribution of the highest quality abalone from the southern shores of Australia to both the local and international markets. For over 20 years we have supplied abalone, scallops and salmon to some of WA’s leading café’s and restaurants. It is our commitment in sourcing only the highest quality seafood products for our customers that has earnt us the respect as being one of the states most highly recommended seafood company’s today. We specialize in the most sought after wild abalone which has been harvested from the southern oceans of Australia. The southern coast of Australia with its pollution free waters are renown to produce the finest tasting abalone found anywhere in the world. The species of abalone in this southern coastline are sourced far from industrialized areas and populated centres ensuring only the healthiest, highest quality fish. In partnership with fisher producers in Western Australia & Tasmania, our export division for Australia’s first grade wild abalone now spans to ports across Asia from Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan & Malaysia. Our licenses enable us to obtain an annual quota of approximately 50,000kgs of Greenlip, Blacklip, Brownlip & Roei abalone species enabling our company to offer our customers a competitively priced, comprehensive product range with product availability throughout the year. Our product range consists of frozen, live, canned & vacuum packed cooked abalone. Our export partners are approved and accredited by the Australian Quarantine and Inspection Services (AQIS) under the Food Product Accreditation (FPA) system.
