Conveniently packaged in 2kg blocks for the Australian & International market, our frozen scallops are sourced from the pristine waters off the West Australian coast. Each scallop is individually selected for its quality and consistency is achieved by ensuring the scallops are frozen within minutes from fishing on the boat, a process known as snap freezing. Our WA roe off scallops are packaged in 6 x 2kg blocks and are available in sizes 20/40 and U/20 per pound.
