Individually quick frozen, green, black & brown lip abalone available for both local distribution and international export. Our West Australian abalone meat is available fully bled whilst our Tasmanian abalone meat is unbled. Consistency in our products is achieved through ensuring the process from live fish in the tanks to the frozen product takes place within minutes. No detail is overlooked when ensuring that only the highest quality, healthiest fish are used. Each fish is individually inspected for its colour, quality and cleanliness.
Our abalone exported is packed loose in a lined 10kg cardboard carton and for local distribution in 1kg vacuum sealed pouches.
Size range available are 160g and below (small), 160g-230g(medium), 230g-300g (large) and 300g+ (extra large). |

Storing & thawing instructions to obtain best flavours
1. Store in a freezer below 18C at all times 5. Cover the product while thawing to avoid drying 2. Do not cook the product frozen 6. Do not thaw the fish in water 3. Always thaw the fish before cooking 7. Do not thaw the fish in a microwave 4. Thaw the fish overnight in chiller at around 5C 8. Do not thaw the fish quickly by washing it under warm water
